7th Grader, Jalen Whelchel, recently qualified and competed in the IESA State Track and Field Tournament in Peoria, IL. Jalen threw the shotput and finished 36th at State! Way to go!!

As a reward for excellent behavior for the 1st quarter, Junior High and Blackhawk Elementary school spent an hour bowling at nearby Viking Lanes. Breanna, an 8th grader, is caught aiming for a turkey!
