 Requirements for School Physicals All children in the following grades must have school physicals prior to the start of the school year. Preschoolers Kindergardners 6th Graders 9th Graders *** All new students must have school physicals*** ***All students planning on playing sports must have yearly physicals*** Contact the School Based Health Center to set up a physical today!!! |
 Health Care Services Available The South Beloit School District is proud to have a SBHC available to provide health services for the students of the school district. All students enrolled in South Beloit Schools are eligible for services. Consent for a student to receive services must be signed by a parent/guardian.
